1.   Can I order tennis jewelry in other colors?

Answer: Yes.  Just call or email us and we will give you a list of available colors not found on the site.

2.  Can you accommodate custom lengths?

Answer: Absolutely.  Although we make our jewelry in standard industry sizes, we also understand that everyone is not standard size and if you contact do our best to meet your needs. 

3.   Do you make name bracelets?

Answer: Yes.  We make single and double strand name bracelets with our silver from bali and the crystals.  Contact us  with your order.

4.   What are Swarovski Crystals?

Answer:  They are fine, lead crystals made in austria.  We use the AB crystals which are their top-quality crystals.

5.   Can you describe your silver?

Answer:  We  are direct importers of sterling silver from Bali.  The silver is the finest quality made with a copper alloy.  There is silver on the market that is made with nickel alloy and that is the silver that tarnishes easily and demands constant cleaning.  Our silver is durable and requires only an occasional rub with a clean cotton cloth. 

6.   Why do I see so much bali silver at cheaper prices?

Answer:  There are many silver distributors who are selling bali silver that is not from Bali.  Genuine Bali silver products are individually handmade.  Careful of the pretenders who omit from their product description that it is “bali-like” silver.  If you see bali silver at a cheap price, you can be sure that it is “bali-like” and not the genuine item.

7.   What is your delivery time?

Answer:  We will promptly fill and ship your order First Class  Mail as soon as we verify the order and payment agreement.

8.   Are the pendants really one-of-a-kind?

Answer:  Yes they are.  We are hooked in with several silversmith artists in the Celuk area of Bali.  our suppliers also happen to be our friends who provide wonderful Bali hospitality when we travel there.

9.   Who designs and makes the “All That Glitters” jewelry?

Answer:  We are a mom/pop business.  Robert  Martinez designs and makes the jewelry.  Lisa Martinez does everything else including marketing , advertising and generally running the show.  We also make the tennis jewelry in our studio here in florida.  We started our business in 2001.

10.   Do you wholesale?

Answer:  Wholesale inquiries are invited.  Please fax us a  copy of your current sales tax certificate before you contact us.

11.   Is your catalog up-to-date?

Answer:  We do our best to keep our inventory current.  We will not ship to you until we notify you that your order is complete.  We will occasionally not have enough of a particular bead to fill a large order.  We will inform you of this before we ship the order and apologize for this inconvenience.  Our goal is t provide personalized service and customer satisfaction.
